1. You MUST currently be serving a Life Sentence in the State of Georgia, and be parole eligible.
2. You MUST have been denied Parole at least once by the Georgia State Parole Board.
3. You MUST agree to be enrolled in the GED or a secondary education program through GDC facility approved curriculum upon approval in the program.
4. You MUST write a letter explaining why you want to participate in the program and how you may benefit from it.
5. You MUST maintain no more than 3 disciplinary reports per quarter in a calendar year.
6. We CANNOT accept serial or sex offenders.
7. WE CANNOT accept mental health.
8. Packet MUST be complete with reference letters from Counselor and Chaplin.
